Some guests have reported inconsistencies with housekeeping and occasional issues with the reception desk's availability.

I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was very nice - every detail was taken care of. The breakfast each morning was a delight, and the staff at the reception were so helpful. I must give a special shoutout to the concierge team, they were amazing. And the cherry on top was the cloud cake they helped me arrange from the bakery downstairs. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

Celebrating our wedding anniversary, we decided to stay at this hotel and it was an impeccable experience. the hotel staff provided exceptional service, meeting our luxurious needs by attending to every detail. the exclusive amenities, including sauna, massage and the spa lounge, provided a rejuvenating experience that made our stay extra special. the delicious food at the restaurant and in-room breakfast added to the exclusive experience.

the venue's location was a bit further from the main tourist spots, making it a bit difficult to commute.

Lovely room and helpful staff. Convenient location next to subway and department store. Late checkout not possible, but spa access provided. Exceptional stay with great views, top-notch facilities, and helpful concierge. Italian restaurant and bars had great service and food. Gym amenities include fresh towels, smoothies, and energy bars. Would definitely return.

Nothing not to love.

Had a fabulous weekend at this hotel! The staff were friendly. The room had a beautiful view of the city and Mount Fuji. The location was perfect, close to the train station and the Imperial Palace. The gym was well-equipped with great views and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. Complimentary bikes were available for exploring the city. a fantastic experience!

The spa prices were quite high, a disappointment. It would have been nice to enjoy a massage , but the prices were a bit steep.

We had an really good stay for three nights in this hotel. The hotel facilities were great, with spacious rooms offering great views of the skyline, including a amazing view of Tokyo Sky Garden. The cleanliness of the rooms and the bathroom facilities were perfect, and we were kinda surprised by the added touches like the Bose speakers and the beautiful kimono provided for our stay. The hotel's location in the Nihonbashi area, in the Peninsula, was superb, with easy access to transportation as it was literally next door to a metro station. the staff were really nice too make our stay nice, offering assistance such as posting postcards for us and even lending us gym wear for the gym. We were also delighted with the food options available, particularly the Italian restaurant where the pizzas were really good. The service and food quality in both the lounge bar and the bar with live jazz music were excellent. Lastly, the concierge service was superb, managing to secure a reservation at a highly rated sushi restaurant for us about a month before our stay. we couldn't have asked for a better experience and would definitely choose to stay here again.
